He doesnt need Dean.
He doesnt have that instruction card that hes following.
Hes not trying to get Gods attention; he doesnt care about God.
After all, this time last year the show delivered two major deaths and the introduction of alternate worlds.
There is one story line we know will live into next year the situation in heaven.
