He’s gathering pure-blood followers and is plotting to conquer mankind. Warner Bros. Plenty of potential there for dramatic conflict with our heroes, it sounds like. Ezra Miller as Credence Barebone; Claudia Kim as Maledictus Another power couple? How they fit into the new storyline remains to be seen....

When youre an actor, auditions always contain an element of mystery. Youre never quite sure whats going to happen. AHarry Potterfan since the sixth grade, Kim was quite excited for the opportunity. So far, so good. Then Yates dropped the first big reveal. This character wasnt just any cursed person, butNagini. Kim instantly realized the significance of the name. I think my jaw dropped, she recalled to EW. I was speechless for a little bit....

“It will be so interesting to see another side of Nagini,” Kim tells EW. “You’ve only seen her as a Horcrux. In this, she’s a wonderful and vulnerable woman who wants to live. Warner Bros. She wants to stay a human being and I think that’s a wonderful contrast to the character.” “She does feel sometimes it’s not controllable,” Kim says. So, is she also a wizard then? “She has powers that are yet to be explored,” Kim says carefully....

But… what is that mysteriousotherwand on the right? So, could one wand be Dumbledores and the other Grindelwalds? That seems like the logical explanation … butwhichwand belongs towhichwizard? Heres where things get interesting: Before that duel, Grindelwald was the master of the Elder Wand. Wand allegiances change hands when one wizard defeats another, which is how it came to be Dumbledores. So, whats the wand on the right? Or, alternatively, perhaps its one Grindelwald used before he took the Elder Wand from the wandmaker Gregorovitch....
