I dont think thats an interesting intake to just copy something that has been made.

In my imagination, the character Jafar was picked up, as he mentions himself to Aladdin.
So I think thats an important theme in the movie when it comes to Jafars character.
You see him slightly more intimate there, and that is what I like about it.
