Its not more complicated than that.
This isnt a lewd comment at a party.
He added, We shouldnt be making TV shows with Bill Cosby.
We shouldnt be putting on new shows with Bill OReilly.
We shouldnt be starring in movies produced by Harvey Weinstein.
However, he does think great progress can be made in preventing and dealing with it.
Were always going to see it happen again.
We just might reduce it, he shared.
Because theres always rapists, theres always murderers.
Theres always people who commit sexual harassment.
Its just about how we deal with it.
I think thats happening; I think that will happen.
I do think that this is going to change the way a lot of people do business.
Im very hopeful about it, but that doesnt mean its going to go away completely.
There are probably a lot of ways that we can create accountability for everybody.
But people should talk about what happened.
