Jimmy Fallon tries forcingAvengers: Endgamespoilers out of Mark Ruffalo with a lie detector

So Fallon tried forcing Ruffalo’s hand by strapping him to a lie detector for Wednesday’sThe Tonight Show.

He asked pretty specific spoiler questions, too.

Captain Marvelintroduced the idea of Skrulls, shape-shifting aliens that secretly infiltrated earth in the 1990s disguised as humans.

So Fallon asked, “Is the Hulk secretly a shape-shifting alien known as a Skrull?”

Ruffalo said he couldn’t answer that, but the lie detector went crazy.

Just like Spider-Man actorTom Holland, Ruffalo doesn’t have a great record of keeping secrets to himself.

So you could understand why he was a bit nervous for Fallon’s little quiz.

But Fallon kept asking questions, even about everyone potentially coming back from Thanos' snap.

That Ruffalo really couldn’t answer so he snapped himself out of existence.
