Its nice to just unleash and be as colorful as possible.

Are you a rom-com fan?I am.
I love romantic comedies a lot.
I think one of my favorites is an old rom-com:It Happened One Night.
[Laughs] And thats what I think makes it really fun.
It seems like Hollywood is not as eager to make rom-coms as perhaps it once was.
That seems to be much more popular.
And it could be that its financially driven, and they might think that romantic comedies are more formulaic.
There is sort of a timeless quality to rom-coms.
And I like that aspect.
I think thats a nice quality about how this particular one developed.
It wasnt just about the relationship between the man and the woman.
It was also about the relationship between herself and also her boss.
Its not just one-dimensional.
We both have kids now and can talk about that.
He looks exactly the same but even better, which is crazy.
Hes still as sexy as ever, and he committed fully to this character.
Hes so funny in this movie.
And he made a very unlikeable character I think very likeable and hilarious.
Between this andElementaryanddirecting theLuke Cageseason 2 premiere, how do you pick what projects you want to do?
And also for me to play a little bit more.
And theLuke Cageopportunity just came up at the right time.
Id like to do a movie in a different language.
Theres also trying to do a miniseries or something thats quite different, or in a different location.
Theres an endless number.
I dont have a list.
But when it comes up, Ill know.
