And its a good thing he does: Someone is manipulating the elements and wreaking havoc around Europe.

Jon Watts is also back as the director, with Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley writing the script.
Jake Gyllenhaal has joined the cast as the iconic Spidey villain Mysterio.
Wait, so what about Avengers: Infinity War?
Oh, you mean that little movie thatkilled offhalf the Marvel Cinematic Universe?
Including Peter Parker, the titular Spider-Man ofSpider-Man: Far From Home?
The short answer is: We dont know!
Feige has teased thatFar From Hometakes place during the summer, but hes not revealingwhichsummer.
So maybe its set beforeInfinity War.
Maybe its set afterward, and theyll find some way to bring Peter back.
Maybe inAvengers: Endgame, Thanos will renounce his moon-throwing ways and decide to chaperone Peters trip to Europe.
Hey, it could happen.
How is this connected to all those other Sony Spider-Man movies?
Short version: Its not.
But Holland has hinted that hed eventually like to see his Spider-Manface off against Venom and so would Hardy.
And thats not to be confused withSpider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Phil Lord and Chris Millers animated movie.
