Fellowes, of course, penned the script and will produce alongside original series producers Neame and Liz Trubridge.
Percival will also produce, and Engler is returning to the directors chair.
Nigel Marchant also returns as executive producer.
According to Dockery, more than half the crew from the original series returned for the film.
